The snow has arrived! So today we do an 18hr fast to celebrate ?
Basically just eating one or two meals per day these days. No (or minimal) snacking, low carb, definitely no processed carbs or sugar, high fat (olive oil, butter, coconut oil, nuts, seeds, avocados, coconut milk, sheep’s yogurt), medium protein (organic eggs, Coconut Protein+, local meat) and lots of green vegetables (spinach, broccoli, kale, lettuce), a load of cauliflower is getting consumed too. All whole and/or organic foods.
