One Meal A Day? That Can’t Be Healthy!
A little update of my 3 week trial of eating just one meal a day and the benefits I’ve noticed in my daily life. When I say in the video “I’ve been doing it for 3 weeks” I’m talking Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday the gloves are off! The weekend is definitely the feast part of the ‘fast and feast cycle’ – a natural cycle that’s older than humanity itself! If you haven’t tried Intermittent Fasting, you should 100% give it a go. Just start off by doing a 16hr fast 2-3 days per week. You’ll be amazed at the energy your body creates when it’s not constantly digesting food. If humans hadn’t evolved to function at optimal levels through periods without food none of us would be here today…and that’s a fact!
