Just a short post this week with a list of three excellent books on the science behind Intermittent Fasting and how you can easily incorporate it into your current lifestyle.

If you’re looking to take your Fasting Lifestyle to the next level or your interested in digging into the science behind all the amazing health benefits of an Intermittent Fasting Lifestyle then I’d recommend that you read all three of these books. Not one books is better than another, they’re all great but in slightly different ways as each author has a slightly different approach to adopting a Feast then Fast or Intermittent Fasting type of lifestyle.
