FFFLog #23: Back-to-back 12km Trail Runs with a 10kg Backpack. OK, here is my first attempt at a massive part of the 330km #FFFRiverRun Challenge. Running not one, but two back-to-back 12km Alpine trail runs with a 10kg pack on my back. I start off the day doing an 8km loop with the dogs and the pack on. Then do a fasted 12km run, then return for water, food, rest and some recovery and then I'm out again to do the same!
